Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi has stated that the Aam Aadmi Party-led Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is working hard to clean and beautify the city ahead of the G20 Summit. She claimed that the poor image of the MCD during the BJP's tenure will change after the summit. Oberoi also mentioned that the corporation has identified and cleaned over 11,000 garbage-prone areas and is conducting anti-larval spraying.
