Congress to launch Telangana campaign with five guarantees

“The Congress president has decided to convene the first meeting of the newly-constituted CWC on September 16 in Hyderabad. On September 17 evening, we are holding a massive rally near Hyderabad. The Congress president, former Congress presidents and all other senior leaders of the party will attend this mega rally in Hyderabad. At that rally, we will launch five guarantees for the upcoming assembly elections for Telangana”, AICC general secretary (organisation) KC Venugopal announced here.
