Sunita Kejriwal, wife of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, has been summoned by a Delhi court for allegedly violating the law by being enrolled in the voters list of two assembly constituencies. The court order came after a complaint was filed by BJP leader Harish Khurana, who claimed that Sunita Kejriwal had violated the provisions of the Representation of the People Act. The offence carries a maximum punishment of two years imprisonment.
