One nation, one election: Ram Nath Kovind to host first official meeting today
Former Indian President and ‘One Nation, One Election’ panel chief, Ram Nath Kovind, is expected to host the committee’s first official meeting in Delhi. The eight-member high-level committee was formed by the government to examine simultaneous elections to the Lok Sabha, state assemblies, municipalities, and panchayats.
