Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has called on the Modi government to focus on domestic issues such as inflation, unemployment, and violence in Manipur, now that the G20 Summit is over. Kharge criticized the government over the rise in prices of essential commodities and the alleged increase in unemployment. He also accused the Modi government of corruption and attempting to conceal the truth. Kharge stated that the public is no longer paying attention to distracting issues and is paving the way for the government’s departure in the 2024 general elections.
