Several political parties in India criticized the BJP for celebrating the success of the G20 Summit while security personnel were being killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. The Congress party called Prime Minister Narendra Modi “insensitive” for not postponing the celebrations. Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate expressed her disappointment and shared pictures of the welcome ceremony at the BJP headquarters.
