The Ahmedabad Metropolitan Court has rejected the request to cancel the summons issued to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP MP Sanjay Singh. The leaders are facing a criminal defamation case filed by Gujarat University Registrar Piyush Patel over their comments about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s academic degree.
