BJP plans to launch ‘Sewa Pakhwara’ (fortnight of service) as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 73rd birthday celebrations. The initiative will continue until October 2 and will involve various welfare activities and outreach efforts to different sections of society. On his birthday, Modi will launch the “PM Vishwakarma” scheme, aimed at supporting artisans, craftsmen, and others involved in traditional skills.
