The National Conference (NC) has expressed its support for the Women Reservation Bill, stating that it has no objection to its implementation. Omar Abdullah, the party’s vice president, emphasized that the NC has previously implemented women reservation in panchayats and other areas. He also mentioned that the party has numerous capable female leaders who can stand in elections on reserved seats.
