- Go Air is not closed yet (as far as I know).
- Coffee and Tea Estate were sold but the one of the reason for that was Go Airline, unless its gone or atleast BBTC stops investing in it, we cant be sure.
- Holding structure is still complicated. BBTC owns a foreign subsidary which owns another foreign subsidary which eventually owns Britannia. I dont really understand how promoters stand to gain from this structure, but I def know its not to the advaqntage of minority shareholders.
