Chandrayaan success result of collective efforts of successive govts: Shashi Tharoor
Congress MP Shashi Tharoor praised the efforts of all governments in India over the past six decades for the successful landing of a spacecraft on the Moon. He highlighted that 20% of the key personnel in ISRO are women, emphasizing that they did not require reservation to excel in the field of science and technology.
