The Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has issued summons to former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, and others in relation to a fresh chargesheet in the alleged Land for Job Scam case. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed the chargesheet, making it the second chargesheet against 17 accused. The case alleges that Lalu Yadav obtained pecuniary advantages by transferring landed property in the name of his family members in exchange for appointments in the Railways.
