The Congress party has criticised BJP for using “poor excuses” like delimitation and census to postpone the implementation of the women’s reservation bill. Congress leaders have called the bill a “teasing illusion” and claimed that the BJP’s true intention is to create an election issue without actually implementing the reservation.
