Congress leader Rahul Gandhi claimed that his Lok Sabha membership was revoked after he spoke about Adani in Parliament. Earlier this year, Gandhi criticized the government for Adani’s alleged exploitation of the country’s wealth. He stated that his speech was expunged, and vowed to continue questioning Adani’s actions. Gandhi was disqualified as a Member of Parliament in 2023 after being convicted and sentenced to two years in prison for defamation.
