PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has accused the BJP of delaying the panchayat and local bodies polls in Jammu and Kashmir due to a fear of defeat. She also claimed that the BJP may end the election system in the entire country if it comes back to power. Mufti argued that the BJP’s attempts to establish a new political system in Jammu and Kashmir have failed and that the party does not accept the Constitution and wants to undermine democracy.
