Rahul Gandhi, a leader of the Indian National Congress party, stated that if his party comes to power, they would conduct a caste-based census to determine the exact number of Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in India. He also criticized the current government, alleging that the country is being run by a small group of officers and that elected BJP members have no influence over policy-making. Gandhi further highlighted corruption issues in Madhya Pradesh, including the Vyapam scam and farmer suicides.
