Aditya Vision – A fast growing white goods retailer. The largest organised player in Bihar. Expanding now into Jharkhand and Eastern UP which are – similar markets wrt consumer behaviour etc. Has demonstrated great growth and return ratios while maintaining business hygiene ( like – Inventory, receivables, payables etc ). Already has more than 115 stores ( aprox – don’t remember the exact figure )
Wonderla Holidays – At present – runs 03 theme parks in – Bengaluru, Kochi, Hyderabad. Again – excellent return ratios and cash flows. 02 more theme parks coming up in Bhuvneshwar ( next yr ) and Chennai ( in FY 25 ). Has ample land banks at all 5 locations to keep adding attractions. Has Signed MoU with Govts of Punjab, MP, Gujarat for future expansion into these areas ie – Mohali, Indore, Ahmedabad. All this is gonna be asset light expansion where they won’t be owning the land. Growth for next many years looks – kind of sorted
