According to Sheetal Malpani, the Chief Investment Officer at Tamohara Investments, the Indian market is currently going through a phase of healthy consolidation and is not in an exuberance phase. The smart money is still interested in mid and small cap stocks, particularly among domestic institutional investors. Malpani believes that there may be a time correction in the market instead of a sharp price correction, given the positive earnings outlook. Additionally, he expects India Inc. to report healthy earnings for Q2.
