Talking to ET, BSP floor leader in the Lok Sabha, Girish Chandra said, “It is well known that BSP founder Manyawar Kanshi Ramji gave the historic slogan ‘jiski jitni sankhya bhaari, uski utni hissedari’ as part of his grand vision for social justice and economic upliftment of the Dalit community and other backward sections. Yet, Rahul Gandhiji and Congress are now copying and rehashing BSP founder’s pioneering slogan by talking about ‘jitini aabadi, utna haq’ that too without attributing it to Manyavar Kanshi Ramji”.
