Mayawati, the leader of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), has announced that the party will form an electoral alliance with the Gondwana Gantantra Party for the upcoming assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. However, the BSP will contest the elections independently in Rajasthan and Telangana. Mayawati expressed the need for fair elections, free from the misuse of government resources and money power. She also called for action against casteism, communalism, and violence.
