AAP MP Raghav Chadha moves Supreme Court over suspension from Rajya Sabha
Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha has moved the Supreme Court to challenge his suspension from the Rajya Sabha. Chadha was suspended for "breach of privilege" after including names of some members without their consent in a proposed select committee. Earlier, Chadha had also approached the Delhi High Court to challenge a local court's order vacating an interim order concerning his stay at a government bungalow.
