The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) conducted search operations at 13 locations in Delhi linked to Aam Aadmi Party legislator Amanatullah Khan and his associates. The searches were related to the illegal recruitment of staff in the Delhi Wakf Board and unfair leasing of its properties during Khan’s chairmanship. The ED alleged that Khan acquired proceeds of crime from these activities and invested them in immovable properties in Delhi. The search resulted in the seizure of incriminating records and evidence.
