Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Congress general secretary, has promised free education up to Class 12 and an allowance for school children in Madhya Pradesh. She also called for a caste census to ensure that Other Backward Classes (OBCs) and tribals receive fair representation in jobs. Additionally, she announced plans to implement the Old Pension Scheme for government employees and provide free education and monthly allowances for students.
