“They’re nothing but BJP gimmicks to defame Oppn”: Congress on ‘Cash for query’ allegations against Mahua Moitra

Congress leader Harish Rawat has dismissed allegations made by Lok Sabha MP Nishikant Dubey against TMC MP Mahua Moitra, calling them BJP’s attempts to defame the opposition. Rawat challenged the BJP to suspend all opposition leaders from the Lok Sabha, emphasizing the importance of the opposition in a democracy. Meanwhile, BJP leader Agnimitra Paul has called for an investigation into the matter and stated that if the charges are proven, Moitra should be expelled from her MP post.
