CRISIL had been unable to get in touch with the management, and therefore they have been consistently assigning a cautionary rating with a ISSUER NOT COOPERATING suffix (since 2020 or maybe even before that).[1]
This gives me a convincing reason to pass on it (at least for now until the rating is improved). I was just looking at the numbers, and they seemed good on first sight, but looks like I shouldn’t even add a tracking position.
