Chhattisgarh Elections: Congress releases second list of 53 candidates
The Congress party has released its second list of candidates for the Chhattisgarh assembly elections. The list includes 53 names, with Arun Vora and Chhaya Verma being fielded from Durg City and Dharsiwa constituencies respectively. Mahant Ram Sundar Das will contest against BJP's Brijmohan Agrawal in the Raipur South City Assembly seat. The elections will be held in two phases on November 7 and November 17, with the counting of votes scheduled for December 3, 2023. The BJP aims to win back power from the Congress in Chhattisgarh.
