The Delhi High Court has rejected AAP leader Sanjay Singh’s petition challenging his arrest and subsequent remand in the Enforcement Directorate’s custody. Singh was arrested in a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi excise policy for 2021-22. The ED’s case is based on a CBI FIR, which claims that Singh played a key role in formulating and implementing the policy for monetary gains.
