High Court dismisses AAP leader Sanjay Singh’s plea against arrest in money laundering case
The Delhi High Court has rejected AAP leader Sanjay Singh's petition challenging his arrest and subsequent remand in the Enforcement Directorate's custody. Singh was arrested in a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi excise policy for 2021-22. The ED's case is based on a CBI FIR, which claims that Singh played a key role in formulating and implementing the policy for monetary gains.
