Tried to find more about the company , few of the following things keep coming back again and again:
a) Fixed assets worth only 15 crores out of which plant & machinery is less than 4 crores ( for a 1200 crores business)
b) Emplyees expenses only 10 crores ! ( someone asked the question in 1st con-call, the answer was very much confusing)
c) OPM is also too low wrt potential and peeers in defence & aerospace sectors
d) Company claims to be present in Defense, Aerospace ,Cables Harness and EMS. So all the current favorite dishes of the market are on the menu ! Sounds strange! Whether they can operate in so many segments with such low expenses on R & D, plants/machinery /employee-strength
It gives a sense that it is trading company .
Please help if anyone knows more and finds our line-of thinking wrong !
