A political controversy has erupted in Madhya Pradesh as the Congress objects to the BJP’s hoardings taking credit for the Ram temple’s construction in Ayodhya. The BJP accused the Congress of being “anti-Ram,” while the Congress criticised the BJP for using religious symbols during campaigning. The state BJP chief VD Sharma claimed the Congress was “pained” by the Ram temple’s construction. Congress leader Kamal Nath emphasised that the temple belongs to all citizens.
