Threat notice not attributable to any specific state-backed attacker: Apple
Apple Tuesday clarified that it does not attribute the threat notifications sent to several iPhone-wielding politicians from the opposition parties and journalists, to any specific state-sponsored attacker. Apple added that it is unable to provide information about what causes the company to issue such threat notifications as that may help state-sponsored attackers to adapt their behaviour to evade detection in the future.
