1. The company held a vote among its shareholders on October 23, 2023, and they approved a plan to issue more shares.
2. On October 26, 2023, the Capital Issue Committee of the company’s directors met and decided to issue new shares to two parties:

• They gave 27,02,700 shares to a company called M/s Adventz Finance Private Limited in exchange for Rs. 39,18,91,500 in cash.
• They also gave 6,75,675 shares to an individual named Shri Saroj Kumar Poddar in exchange for Rs. 9,79,72,875 in cash.

3. Each of these new shares is valued at Rs. 145, as approved by the shareholders and in accordance with certain regulations.
4. As a result of this share issuance, the company’s total number of shares has increased from 32,18,69,895 shares to 32,52,48,270 shares.
