DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, facing a complaint over alleged anti-Sanatana Dharma remarks, asserted in the Madras High Court that the petitioner must provide related evidence. He also mentioned that the court cannot infringe upon his constitutional rights. The DMK accused the BJP of engaging in “Twitter politics” based on the case against Udhayanidhi, who serves as the TN Youth Welfare and Sports Development minister.
