Union Minister Nityanand Rai has strongly criticized Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s recent remarks on women during a debate on caste census at the state Assembly. Rai’s response was a scathing rebuke, wherein he suggested that Kumar had “lost his mental balance.”
