“In real estate, one has to look at a basket of stocks and not a single segment. It is very difficult to just pinpoint and say Delhi or Mumbai will do well. Sobha for example comes from Bangalore and typically somebody will think that with the slowdown in the IT sector Bangalore should see a slowdown in real estate. But a lot of buying in Bangalore is happening from Hyderabad or it is happening from non-IT sectors.”
