Among the Sensex firms, NTPC, Tech Mahindra, UltraTech Cement, Bajaj Finance, ITC, Bajaj Finserv, Axis Bank and Power Grid were the major gainers. On the other hand, Mahindra and Mahindra, HCL Technologies, Titan and IndusInd Bank were among the laggards.
