Stocks with Unique Business/Monopoly

I am a small investor, even if I am not investing, i track markets.
Now I start investing and tracking few stocks which are very different in sector and have very unique business.
I failed to understand why there are no major FIIs and DIIs invested in those.
Please suggest if I can invest in below stocks and what are prospects for long term(more than 3 years).

1.Va Tech Wabag
2. Ion Exchange
3. MCX
4. Tinplate Company of India
5. Moil

And please suggest such growth stocks.
