State president of the TMC Ripun Bora recently said they would place demand for five seats to the grand alliance including Karimganj. Assam Congress president Bhupen Kumar Borah said that Congress leaders are asked to make statements in public regarding seats in public. “ We are finalising the list of candidates.”
