Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit the holy city of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday to participate in the ‘Braj Raj Utsav’ and witness a presentation by Hema Malini on the life of Meera Bai. Alongside this, he will also offer prayers at Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Banke Bihari Temple. A special cleanliness campaign is being undertaken in the city ahead of the Prime Minister’s visit, including sweeping, improving horticulture, and sprinkling water to reduce air pollution.
