The Lok Sabha’s business for the opening day on Monday listed the tabling of the ethics committee report recommending Trinamool MP Mahua Moitra’s expulsion over the alleged ‘cash-for-query’ scandal but the Chair skipped the item and proceeded with the rest with apparent concurrence of the ruling party.
