Sugar Cycles: 7-8 years of losses followed by 2-3 years of super gains!

there was no reason for sugar stocks to fall as this notification will have no impact on sugar prices. Sugar companies were anyway not using B-Heavy route this year due to:

1. high sugar prices. wholesale sugar prices have reached Rs 42 in Delhi.
2. levy molasses for B-heavy and C-heavy is same and so B Heavy was leading to loss for sugar cos.
   Many sugar companies are already using grain/ maize where ever possible. In some cases ethanol plants are idle and all cane is going for sugar production.
