Training his guns at the FM, Chidambaram took to X, formerly Twitter, to assert that the FM did not provide a direct answer to three pointed questions. Addressing the Rajya Sabha during the Winter Session of the Parliament, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman earlier on Thursday said that India has continuously maintained the momentum of being the fastest-growing major economy. She further added that the second quarter’s growth has been the highest in the world. Asserting that economic activity has been good across sectors, Sitharaman said all segments were growing significantly.
