Calling the situation in Tamil Nadu, especially its capital city Chennai ‘highly abnormal’, Manickam Tagore, a Lok Sabha MP from Virudhunagar said, “The aftermath of the cyclone has left communities in a state of misery, with urgent measures required for recovery.”
