The Bhartiya Janata Party has named Dr Mohan Yadav as the next Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, following a 13,000-vote victory over Congress candidate Chetan Yadav. Yadav, a businessman and politician, has served as the Minister for Higher Education under former CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
