NCP president Sharad Pawar, who was in Maharashtra’s Nashik to join a farmer’s protest on Monday, demanded that the ban on export of onions should be immediately rolled back. Pawar joined farmers who were staging a road blockade on the Mumbai-Agra National Highway against the Centre’s decision to ban onion exports till March 31, 2024.
