The Supreme Court today upheld the abrogation of Article 370, which conferred special status to Jammu and Kashmir, asserting that the Article was a temporary provision. The Court delivered the judgement over a batch of petitions filed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Omar’s party National Conference (NC), challenging the abrogation of Article 370.
