SpiceJet’s proposed preferential issue will have investors like Elara India Opportunities Fund, Aries Opportunities Fund, Mahapatra Universal Limited, Nexus Global Fund, Prabhudas Lilladher and Resonance Opportunities Fund. Ajay Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of the airline said the capital raise will help the airline achieve the goal of building a world-class airline in India.
