Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar suspended TMC MP Derek O’Brien from the house for ‘disorderly conduct’ during the uproar by opposition MPs demanding a discussion on the Parliament security breach. The proceedings were adjourned after opposition MPs entered the Well of the House, seeking a discussion on the December 13 security breach.
