The Opposition forced several adjournments. In the morning, the House was adjourned within minutes and before the special mentions could be taken up. The House met again at noon, only to be adjourned till 2 PM. The government managed to get two bills related to J&K passed in 12 minutes amid slogan shouting. The House was adjourned again till 4:30 PM.
