Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has criticized the Indian government for not taking responsibility for the mass burial of 87 Kuki Zo victims in ethnic violence-hit Manipur. She accused the government of providing incoherent answers to Parliament and causing instability in the country. The violence began after a ‘Tribal Solidarity March’ protest against the Meitei community’s demand for Scheduled Tribe status.
