BJP Chief J.P. Nadda summoned party MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh amid a crisis in the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI), as leading wrestlers resumed protests against Singh’s influence in the WFI. Following pressure from party leadership, Singh announced his disassociation from the Federation, claiming retirement from the field.
